While the Operation Worship team individually celebrated Mother's Day this last weekend, incredible things were happening across the country.  In South Carolina, Fort Jackson Army Post, Operation Worship held the first concert in a series on Sunday.  Powerhouse pop/rock Chasen,  played to a full house of nearly 3,000 uniformed soldiers!  We'll post more stories and photos on the Ft Jackson page soon.

 

In San Antonio TX, Oak Hills Church offered the opportunity for congregation members to honor their mothers by donating a Operation Worship Bible to the troops, and write a note of encouragement on the inside cover before the Bible is deployed.  3,000 Bibles were donated in a single weekend!  Wow!  Oak Hills was the first church to receive the newly designed cover editions, Army, Air Force, Marines and Navy.
