To further God’s touch by enriching the spiritual lives of military personnel and their families with opportunities for worship, discipleship, and spiritual growth in Jesus Christ through contemporary Christian music concerts featuring Christian artists and speakers.  To spread the word of Christ through the distribution of God's Holy Word to soldiers and their families, with a special personally written message of encouragement to each one.

The Open Window Foundation was formed by Jeff and Patti Hilliard, as a tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit Foundation to provide Christian Music & Bibles to military personnel and their families on military bases.
